What is the difference between Scratch & Dent, Open Box & Refurbished?
Scratch & Dent - Means that the product is in more or less new condition, has never been used but that the product and packaging is not in perfect condition and that there are noticeable blemishes on the product and/or packaging.
Open Box - Means that the product was shipped to a customer, they opened it up and realized after using it less than 2 or 3 times that they no longer wanted the product and shipped it back. This means it's in like new condition and not used more than a handful of times.
Refurbished - Means that there was some sort of defect or issue with the product and we needed our technical team to fix the problem so that it is now usable again. All refurbished products are tested before leaving the warehouse to ensure they are in working order.
Are any brand new products on SolarClearout.com?
No. SolarClearout.com only sells scratch & dent, open box or refurbished products. All sales are final and no returns are accepted.
How do returns work?
Because of our extremely low clearance prices, there are no returns. All sales are final. However, if the product you receive simply does not work, we will work with you to sort out a resolution.
